Jacqueline Wyatt, Founding Attorney

Jacqueline’s path to family law wasn’t a straight line—and that’s exactly what makes her approach so unique. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Maritime Administration, she discovered her true calling wasn’t on the water, but in the courtroom, advocating for those navigating life’s most difficult transitions.

During law school, Jacqueline immersed herself in service, working with various state and community organizations. Her dedication to pro bono work earned her special commendation from the Texas Supreme Court—a recognition that reflected her deep commitment to making legal help accessible to those who need it most.

Throughout these experiences, one truth became clear: Jacqueline was meant to help children and families. Whether working on custody disputes, protecting victims of family violence, or guiding parents through divorce, she found profound purpose in standing beside families during their most vulnerable moments. This calling led her to establish Jude Family Law, where she creates a space for families to receive not just legal expertise, but genuine compassion and understanding.

Jacqueline’s approach is rooted in the belief that every family’s situation is unique and deserves personalized attention. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals, concerns, and what matters most to them. Her practice handles the full spectrum of family law matters—from divorce and child custody to adoption and prenuptial agreements—always with a focus on achieving the best possible outcome while minimizing unnecessary conflict.

Beyond the courtroom, Jacqueline stays active through boxing and indoor soccer, finds joy in baking, and is currently learning Spanish to better serve her clients. (Entonces, por favor tenga paciencia con ella!)
